Theme work that
actually converts
I am Pravesh, a freelance Shopify developer. I customise themes, build custom storefront sections, and add tailored HTML, CSS and JavaScript functionality — without bloating the store with apps it does not need.
Freelance, direct,
no account managers.
I work with Shopify store owners who need clean theme updates, custom storefront sections, and frontend features built properly. You talk to the person writing the code — there is no handoff, no ticket queue, and no junior developer learning on your store.
Every change starts in a duplicate unpublished theme. You get a preview link, you review it on desktop and mobile, and it goes live only when you say so. That is the whole process.
I bill per project or per task with a clear quote up front, so you always know what a change costs before I start it.
Behind the build
What I
Actually Do
Six things I get hired for most. Each one is a fixed-scope task with a quote before any code is written.
Theme Customization
Layout, sections, typography, spacing and storefront styling adjusted to match your brand without breaking theme updates.
From $150 / taskCustom Sections & Features
Interactive product configurators, custom blocks, variant selectors and JavaScript features that stay editable in the theme editor.
From $250 / featureSpeed Optimization
Image handling, script cleanup, render-blocking fixes and Core Web Vitals work — measured before and after, not guessed at.
From $300 / storeResponsive Storefront UI
Pages that stay clean and usable on desktop, tablet and mobile. Checked on real breakpoints, not just a browser resize.

Four Steps,
No Surprises
The same process on a $150 fix and a full store build. Nothing goes live until you approve a preview link.
Store audit
You send me the store URL and what is bothering you. I look at the theme, the templates and the speed report, then tell you what is actually worth fixing.
Fixed quote
A written scope with a price and a delivery window. No hourly creep, no "we will see how it goes" estimates.
Build on a duplicate
All work happens in a duplicate unpublished theme. Your live store keeps selling while I build, and you get a preview link to review on real devices.
Publish & handover
I publish when you approve, then send you a short note on what changed and how to edit the new sections yourself.

Before You
Send the Brief
The four questions I get in almost every first message.
No. Every change is built in a duplicate unpublished theme. Your live store keeps selling the whole time, you review a preview link, and I publish only after you approve it.
Yes — free themes such as Dawn, Sense and Craft, premium themes such as Impulse, Prestige and Empire, and fully custom themes. If a theme is heavily modified I will tell you up front whether editing it or rebuilding the template is cheaper.
Typography, colour and spacing changes: 1–3 days. A homepage or product page redesign: 5–7 days. A full store build: around two weeks. You get the delivery window in writing with the quote.
That is the point. Custom sections are exposed as theme-editor blocks with proper settings, so you or your team can change text, images and ordering without touching code or paying me again.
Send me the store URL.
I will tell you what to fix.
A short message with your Shopify URL and what is bothering you is enough. You get an honest read on what is worth fixing and a fixed quote within 24 hours.
